Terms of service

The service

Gestise is business management software used over the internet, on a subscription. It is not installed on your servers.

We may improve and change features. If we retire one you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice.

Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for what the users you create in your company do.

One user may belong to more than one company; each company's data stays separate.

Free trial

The trial lasts the days your plan states and requires no card. When it ends, if you do not subscribe, access is suspended and your data is kept for the period stated in the privacy policy.

Payments and renewal

The subscription is charged in advance, monthly or yearly as you choose, and renews on its own until you cancel.

When you change plan, the difference is prorated against the current period.

Applicable taxes are added to the published price where relevant.

Cancellation

You can cancel whenever you want from within the application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; there is no refund of the current period unless the law requires it.

We may suspend an account for non-payment, or for use that puts other customers' service at risk, giving notice except in an emergency.

Your data is yours

You remain the owner of everything you load. You can export it while your account is active.

We do not use your content to train models, nor pass it to third parties.

Limits of liability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Gestise does not replace your accountant's or your lawyer's judgement: the filings and documents you issue are your responsibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of República Dominicana.
